Shannon O'Connell is a highly experienced and accomplished leader in the energy sector. Across nearly two decades in both corporate and startup organizations, Shannon has excelled in multiple executive leadership roles, demonstrating exceptional skills in leadership, P&L management, and renewable energy project development and execution. In addition, she has proven herself in launching new businesses, specializing in go-to-market strategy, product development, marketing, and sales. Shannon applies her passion for leadership and professional development to career coaching. She finds fulfillment in guiding her clients in confidently taking the next step in their careers. Shannon is a graduate of MIT and Harvard Business School.
Jakub Florkiewicz is an experienced startup executive with extensive knowledge in the field. With almost 15 years of experience in technology startups, venture building, and strategy consulting, he has acquired a deep understanding of the myriad challenges entrepreneurs face when launching new, cutting-edge businesses. His expertise lies in product strategy, scaling for growth, corporate finance, fundraising, external affairs, and economics. Having launched and scaled multiple startups internationally, he possesses hands-on experience in both the US and the EU. His passion lies in entrepreneurship, emerging technologies, and the future of energy. Jakub is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Rotterdam School of Management and Harvard Business School.
