Across nearly two decades in both corporate and startup organizations, Shannon has excelled in multiple executive leadership roles, demonstrating exceptional skills in leadership, P&L management, and renewable energy project development and execution. In addition, she has proven herself in launching new businesses, specializing in go-to-market strategy, product development, marketing, and sales. Shannon applies her passion for leadership and professional development to career coaching. She finds fulfillment in guiding her clients in confidently taking the next step in their careers. Shannon is a graduate of MIT and Harvard Business School.
